Cryptography for the Logic Stage
One-semester course. Od ouy joney tecres oceds dan ipcrehs? If you enjoy a good mystery and love a challenge, then Cryptography for the Logic Stage is the course for you! Cryptography is the science of securing information and data through the use of codes and ciphers. In this course, students in grades 5-8 will explore how and why ciphers were developed and how they were used from ancient times to the modern world. Students will take on the role of cryptographers, earning badges as they become proficient in encryption and deciphering. The course will focus on the mathematical principles of cryptography and real world applications to keep data safe.
