Cryptography
One-semester course. Kv fvb svcl jvklz huk jpwolyz? Cryptography is the science of securing information and data through the use of codes and ciphers. In this course, students will explore the history of how the codes and ciphers were developed, and how they were used from ancient times to the modern world. The course will focus on the mathematical principles of cryptography and real world applications to keep data safe.
Prerequisites: Pre-Algebra (A basic understanding of mathematics and logical thinking is helpful.)
