Biology for the Logic Stage
Full-year course. Biology for the Logic Stage is a course in the study of life and living things. Throughout the year, we will investigate why living things look and behave like they do. We will uncover the concepts of cells, DNA, classification and cycles in the biosphere, plants, invertebrates, vertebrates, migration and defenses in animals, and the human body. This course will give students the ability to better appreciate the living organisms in our world, understand the inner workings of the human body and develop a more rigorous approach to doing and understanding science as a process.
