In Kinesiology & Nutrition III: Rest and Recovery with Mr. Mattias Caro, student Samantha Yos did an outstanding job of summarizing the major themes of the course in her final video project. She included the main readings in the course, the strengths and weaknesses of each reading, and how they apply to life in a concrete way. Mr. Caro says Samantha’s project is “a fantastic showcase of diligent student work and summary of the course.”
