Bridge to Grammar III

One-semester course. Bridge to Grammar III is an intermediate English grammar course for students who have mastered basic concepts in Grammar II but would benefit from review before moving into Grammar III. Since Grammar III students study concepts that require some critical thinking skills, Bridge to Grammar III will help students make the transition from the grammar stage into the logic stage of classical education. We will review verbals, advanced modifiers, troublesome grammatical elements, and diagramming.

The course will cover the top items most Grammar II and Grammar III students need help with so that the course can serve as a review of the most challenging topics in Grammar II and can prepare students for Grammar III.

Prerequisite: Grammar II
